To be placed on the waitlist, please contact michelle@hcanj.org. If a space becomes available, those on the waitlist will be notified in the order requests are received.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Vendors who provide products or services to long-term care facilities may not register as individuals.
- Without a valid table registration, vendors may not be present in any area of the conference center.
- There are no other options for attendance and no day passes are offered.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Vendors who cancel in writing within 30 days of the conference will be held responsible for a fee of 50% of the table cost.
- There will be no refunds for cancellations 29 days before and later.
- Companies that cancel their vendor table will not receive the attendee list.
