(Vendor set-up – May 13)
PLEASE NOTE:
- Vendors who provide products or services to long-term care facilities may not register as individuals.
- Vendors who require CEs may register separately as individuals in addition to their vendor registration.
- Without a valid booth registration, vendors may not be present in any area of the conference center.
- There are no other options for attendance and no day passes are offered.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Vendors who cancel in writing by within 30 days of the conference will be held responsible for a fee of 50% of the booth cost.
- There will be no refunds for cancellations 29 days before and later.
- Companies that cancel their exhibit space will not receive the attendee list.
