This two-day course is a collaboration of HCANJ and the New Jersey Health Care Association for Social Workers (NJHCASW). The course is for professionals from all disciplines of health care social work practice who want to be up-to-date on their concepts, processes, techniques, and skills, and plan how to implement them effectively in their organization.
Education Credits Approved: This two-day course is approved for directors of social work, social workers and social service designees by NJHCASW for 13 continuing education contact hours which include: 5 clinical hours and 2 ethics hours.

The HCANJ and Genesis HealthCare Corporation have designed 22 hours of intense wound care learning over 5 days. It prepares the following professionals for the CWS and CWSA Certification Exam. It will be offered every January and June in coordination with the bi-annual national CWS and CWSA examination dates.
APPROVED contact hours: 26 for "each" of the following professionals:
- PNs, RNs, LPNs, PTs, PTAs, RDs from Acute Care, Long Term Care, Assisted Living and Home Care environments.
