Emergency Management Plan Tables of Content SNF, AL, RHCF, ADS (ADHC) AND Emergency Management Plan Generic Template Sections
Following are Emergency Management Plan (EMP) tables of content and EMP Generic Plan Template sections that have been authored for your use by a Work Group of HCANJ members representing the range of facility types. References to applicable regulations are those current as of March 2004 and are subject to change without notice.
The EMP Generic Template sections, when edited to be site-specific, integrated and assembled according to the facility-type Table of Contents, enable the creation of a comprehensive “all hazards” EMP. The resultant customized plan is therefore built on the collective best practice experiences of other long-term care providers.
While it is anticipated that many of these sections will be adaptable with minimal editing, facility type, facility location, and operational standard operating procedures (SOPs) will determine additions and/or alterations required.
The section files are named to correspond to the similarly named line items in the respective Tables of Content to facilitate easy location of the section(s) for plan creation and/or updating.
