This two-class workshop will focus on procedures to complete the AHCA/NCAL Silver Quality Award application. Attendees will participate in an open dialogue while reviewing the Silver Quality Award application with the instructors.

All participants must have received the Bronze Quality Award.

The second class will take place on Thursday, December 13, 2018. You must have attended the first class in order to attend this session.

Fee:

$150 / three attendees

6.5 LNHA & CALA CEUs awarded for class one only. No CEUs awarded for class 2.
