Internet Specials:

Products and services offered as “Internet Specials” are NOT removed from their usual place within our online store. So, to take advantage of these special discounts, be sure to place your order from the “Internet Specials” page, or specify that you are purchasing an “Internet Specials” when ordering by phone. All “Internet Specials” are offered for a limited time only and are replaced frequently.

Credit Card and Open Account Purchases:

Online purchases are typically paid for with major credit card. You may pay using PayPal, but MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are also accepted. You may also order by phone (800-448-5213) and be invoiced, if you have an account with IlluminAge. Payment terms for all open account purchases are net 30 days from date of invoice.

Scope of License:

Resources, including VHS and DVD training programs, are sold for single site usage, unless expressly licensed for multi-location or lending library purposes. Please inquire regarding expanded scope of license before ordering by calling or emailing customer services:

Preview and Return Policy:

Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed with respect to every product and service offered in this online store. Except by special arrangement we typically treat preview requests as sales subject to your unrestricted right to return the item if you are dissatisfied for any reason. We ask that returns reach us within 30 days after the product arrives and before it is placed in service, but additional time is never a problem.

Shipping and Handling:

Unless otherwise indicated, shipping and handling will be added to your order @ 10%, with a minimum of $4.95. (Items offered as “Free Stuff” are not subject to any shipping and handling charge.)
