It is located on 72 acres in the rolling Somerset Hills area, and has 257 independent residential living units, 81 assisted living suites, and 54 skilled nursing beds. We are seeking an ADON to lead our Skilled Nursing Unit and an ADON/Wellness Manager for our Assisted Living Unit. Each position manages charge nurses, CNAs and CMAs and therefore requires supervisory experience, experience as a clinical educator, and experience supervising medication administration. Our clinician to resident ratio is ideal as we provide quality clinical care in a resident-centered environment.
