Description: Dedicated and experienced MDS Coordinator to join our long term care facility with a sub-acute unit in beautiful southern New Jersey.
Responsibilities: Manages and completes MDS Assessments, RAPS and MDS Schedule. Participates in Care Plan meetings, Utilization Review, QA&A and Insurance updates for Managed Care. Experience with online processing of assessments.
Requirements: RN or LPN licensed in the state of NJ. Previous experience in a long term care facility or other healthcare facility. Must be knowledgeable of regulations in long term care.
Previous experience in completing MDS and Care Plans is required and experience as an MDS Coordinator is preferred.
