Vendor two-day table fees:
HCANJ member: $1,200 | Non-member: $1,800
PLEASE NOTE:
- Vendors who provide products or services to long-term care facilities may not be included on a facility registration form.
- Without a valid table registration, vendors may not be present in any area of the conference center.
- There are no other options for attendance.
- We do not offer day passes to any of our conferences.
- ID may be requested when picking up your badge or at any time throughout the conference.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Vendors who cancel in writing 30 days before the event will be held responsible for a fee of 50% of the table cost.
- There will be no refunds for cancellations 29 days or later and the vendor will be held responsible for the full table cost.
- Companies that cancel their vendor table cannot attend the conference or meetings and will not receive the attendee list.
