Booth Fees:
HCANJ Member: $2,000 before date TBD / $2,500 after date TBD
Non-member : $3,800 before date TBD / $4,300 after date TBD
Each Booth Includes:
| Four badges | Six-foot draped table (top and skirt) |
| Carpeting | Two Chairs / One wastebasket |
| Back wall and side rail drapes | ID sign (company name, booth # & member level) |
Vendor booth registration will open June 2026
PLEASE NOTE:
- Vendors who provide products or services to long-term care facilities may not be included on a facility registration form.
- Without a valid booth registration, vendors may not be present in any area of the conference center.
- Without booth registration, vendors may not attend events.
- There are no other options for attendance.
- We do not offer day passes to any of our conferences.
- ID may be requested when picking up your badge or at any time throughout the conference.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Vendors who cancel in writing by September 1 will be held responsible for a fee of 50% of the booth cost.
- There will be no refunds after September 1 and the vendor will be held responsible for the full booth cost.
- Companies that cancel their exhibit space cannot attend the conference or meetings and will not receive the attendee list.
