Welcome to the Health Care Association of New Jersey (HCANJ), the largest non-profit trade association representing long-term care providers in New Jersey. With over 70 years of experience in the industry, we have been meeting the research and policy needs of our members while advocating for the individuals they serve. At HCANJ, we believe that every individual who requires long-term care services deserves a supportive environment where professional, compassionate, and high-quality care is delivered, regardless of their social needs, disability, trauma, or illness. Our mission is to advocate for individuals in need while also supporting the long-term care provider community. Our long-term care center members include nursing, assisted living, and comprehensive personal care centers, and as a non-profit trade association, we work tirelessly to ensure that both the individuals we serve and our members’ research and policy needs are supported.
