Revised Guidance for Long-Term Care Facility Assessment Requirements (QSO-24-13-NH)
The first phase of CMSā new minimum staffing requirements for nursing facilities is the completion of a Facility Assessment established by CMS no later than August 8, 2024.
This PowerPoint presentation and accompanying video was developed to explain those requirements as written in QSO-24-13-NH, Regulation Ā§483.71 – Facility Assessment, and provides guidance about the requirements for your Facility Assessment.
