Vendors who provide products or services to long-term care facilities may not be included on a facility registration form.
Without a valid booth registration, vendors may not be present in any area of the conference center.
Without booth registration, vendors may not attend events.
There are no other options for attendance.
We do not offer day passes to any of our conferences.
ID may be requested when picking up your badge or at any time throughout the conference.
Early booth breakdowns are prohibited: Vendors who dismantle their booth early will forfeit their right to renew their current booth location for the following year.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Vendors who cancel in writing by September 1 will be held responsible for a fee of 50% of the booth cost.
There will be no refunds after September 1 and the vendor will be held responsible for the full booth cost.
Companies that cancel their exhibit space cannot attend the conference or meetings and will not receive the attendee list.
